Aditya Singh

Aditya Singh is a senior associate at Utkarsh Associates with over five years of experience in litigation, advisory work, and legal research. A graduate of Amity Law School, Delhi, he is enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi and appears before various courts and forums in New Delhi.

His practice covers matters from the initial stages of research and drafting through to trial and final hearings. His experience includes advising on high-stakes employment terminations, defending clients in gratuity and labour disputes before the Deputy Labour Commissioner, securing favourable orders before the Delhi High Court in tender and contract disputes, and conducting internal investigations arising from whistleblower complaints.

He has also written on issues relating to wilful defaulters and the SHe-Box online complaint mechanism under the POSH Act.

Aditya works closely on matters from strategy and research through to drafting and courtroom advocacy, with a particular interest in developing precedent-backed solutions to complex legal issues.
