Pranav Proothi

Pranav Proothi is the founding partner of Utkarsh Associates, which he established in 2015. His practice spans civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, corporate and company law, debt recovery, insolvency, and criminal law, including matters involving SFIO and CBI investigations.

He appears before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, the NCLT, NCLAT, CAT, NGT, district courts, and consumer fora across the country.

Pranav has represented clients in arbitration and litigation proceedings across India. His experience includes handling nearly 150 matters for a pan-India education company, representing homebuyers’ associations and market associations, and advising conglomerates operating across the FMCG, hospitality, agribusiness, and IT sectors in disputes before regulatory and appellate forums. 

His approach combines careful preparation, practical strategy, and a clear focus on achieving effective outcomes for clients.
